The location near the airport was convenient, and the shuttle service was a plus. However, the room had some cleanliness issues, like peeling wallpaper, and the staff’s friendliness varied. The breakfast was decent, but the overall atmosphere felt a bit dated. Overall, it was an adequate stay.

An Unexpected Gem Near the Airport!
Our stay was surprisingly delightful! The staff offered exceptional service and the onsite restaurant served fantastic breakfast options. We especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries. Pro tip, Ask for a room away from the elevator for a quieter experience. We’ll certainly return.

We had a wonderful time enjoying the Aquarium of the Pacific, just a short drive away. The kids were delighted with the variety of marine life and learning opportunities. The staff was friendly, and we appreciated the ample space in our room for our family.
In my wife’s opinion, the pool hours should be extended for families looking to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing.

The breakfast spread was decent, and having a coffee spot nearby kept my energy up for exploring. Plus, the clean rooms gave us a cozy vibe to crash after a day out.
The loud party vibes and pot smoke drifting from the 8th floor totally killed the chill. Plus, with the restaurant closed for a private event, fast food became our only option—what a letdown!

The room was comfy, and the beds were nice for a good night's sleep. I liked that I could control the temperature easily. Even being near the highway, it was surprisingly quiet. Just some marks on the furniture stood out, but overall, the space felt pretty updated and clean.

I was impressed with the warm and inviting decor throughout the hotel. The lobby was spacious, and I appreciated the accessibility features like elevators and wide hallways, making it easy for seniors to navigate comfortably.
More comfortable seating in common areas would help.

I had a pleasant stay with friendly staff and efficient check-in. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. I appreciated the nearby Starbucks for my morning coffee.

missingWrote a review on May 06delicious foodspectacular viewimpersonal check-inuncomfortable beds
The restaurant offered wonderful food, particularly the fresh cheese bread, and the view was spectacular. However, the experience was marred as my request for a King bed was not fulfilled, and I was given two smaller beds instead. Check-in was impersonal and lacked the usual welcoming touch of an IHG property, leaving me feeling overlooked as a rewards member.
